Mail should be sent to: 'f4021a07.daimlertruck.com@de.teams.ms'or Teams> Teams Group > Monitoring Chanel

 

Ø  Go to SAP Logon à S4P.

Ø  Use the T-code “SM37“and click Enter.

 

 

 

Ø  Change the Job name  and  User name to” * “

Ø  In the Job status, select the Active and Canceled check box.

Ø  In the Job start condition, provide the From and To dates for which you need to check the status.

Ø  Finally Execute.

 

 

CASE 1:

If no job matches the criteria, you will be notified at the bottom.

Send a mail  or in teams saying  **There are no active or cancelled jobs** or **Status remains the same as earlier ** and add a screenshot of this page as shown.

Put the mail title “Job & Applications status **OK **”

 

 

 

 

CASE 2:

If there are jobs matching the criteria, on execution The Job Overview will show you the active and cancelled jobs.

Take a screenshot of the Job Overview and add it in the mail.

If you find any new active jobs, inform the team through the mail.

Put the mail title “Job & Applications status **OK **”.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

**Running job à just a minute as shown in the above screenshot. It will end shortly.

Many job starts from xx:00

So if you will do the job check not xx:00 sharp but at xx:08 or something, active job may be reduced**

 

CASE 3: Not OK or NG

Put the mail title “Job & Applications status **Not OK **” or “Job & Applications status **NG **”

NG cases:

1)     Any new canceled jobs

 

 

NG case:

1)      Same titled jobs are being cancelled

 

Inform the  concerned functional team immediately by mail in such cases.

Try to reach the consultants using Teams, WhatsApp for the cases such as Jobs scheduled to run every 10 minutes are cancelled repeatedly.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CASE 4:

If any job is still running 1 day before, include it for the monitoring.

Example: In 18^th Oct, we have a job which is active and a cancelled job.

Put the mail title “Job & Applications status **Not OK **”

 

 

Once the active and canceled jobs from the previous day are informed, you can change the selection date to the current date only.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

RUNTIME ERROR

Ø  Go to SAP Logon à S4P.

Ø  Use the T-code “ST22“and click Enter.

Ø  Add the screenshots and mention the runtime errors in the mail as “Runtime Error-4”

 

Check the Today runtime errors and add a screenshot.

It there is a sudden rise or unknown error  as mentioned in one note in the runtime errors inform Anantha Raja or Arun San.
